The stars, who reconciled shortly after New Year’s, previously called it quits in December 2019 after dating for more than a year. According to an insider, there were no hard feelings about the mutual decision. “They cared enough about each other to try again but realized it was better to move on,” a source told the outlet of the breakup. “It’s totally amicable.”
As previously reported, the initial split came as the couple decided they needed a few weeks apart but “ultimately decided they really care about each other,” hence giving their love a second shot in January.
“There wasn’t any drama. They just decided to part ways and are still good friends,” an insider told E! News at the time of the duo’s initial breakup. Another source also added, “Channing and Jessie have different priorities and focuses that don’t really align. They had a fun relationship, but it just didn’t work out. Channing needs to be in LA a lot so he can spend time with Everly. Jessie prefers England. They are still friendly though.”
Jessie and Tatum’s latest parting of ways comes just months after the stars celebrated Valentine’s Day together. “Mines” the “Nobody’s Perfect” superstar captioned a romantic Instagram video alongside her bae at the time. The following week, the Magic Mike star praised his girlfriend’s good looks on Instagram while they were traveling, referring to her as his “hot copilot.”
