GOVERNOR BURGUM RESTRICTS PUBLIC ACCESS TO LOCAL BUSINESSES

Using the authority of the North Dakota Constitution, Governor Burgum has directed public businesses to close until April 6th to help minimize the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

Such places include: state agencies, gyms/health clubs, recreational facilities, theaters, on-site bars, restaurants, and dine-in establishments. Take-out, delivery, drive-through, or off-sale services may continue.
